We are commited to building a platform that is fluid and easy to use so that our users are able to get to the work that matters to them without the unnecessary fuss.

Hourvillage™ is a Singapore-based company.

Our clients choose to work with Hourvillage™ to help them build and act upon their CSR & Employee Engagement efforts. Hourvillage™ is a platform created to host causes and provide ease for employees to volunteer and make an impact in matters and projects that truly matter to them.

Hourvillage™ supports local start-ups, Small to Medium Enterprises (SMEs), and Multinational Corporations (MNCs).

What makes Hourvillage™ stand out is our unique reward system known as Hourtime Reward™ (HRT). HRT is a system that is designed to encourage volunteer efforts by allowing volunteers to accumulate points through their good work to be exchanged for goods and services.

Causes

When sharing a Cause on Hourvillage™, users are able to share specific needs in terms of required skills, goods, funds, and hands-on support, all via a single platform. By choosing the sort of event that will take place, the time and location, and the specific needs required for the event, Causes are able to easily connect with volunteers that are driven by the same passion who also will be able to provide specific needs that you are looking for.

A 1-year non-legally binding Memorandum Of Understanding(MOU) will be required.

Yes, Hourvillage™ is free to use for Causes.

Currently, we only accept SSA that are registered with NCSS. We have intention to explore ground up communities that helps with social causes but that is on a case by case basis.

To register on Hourvillage™, simply fill out this form. Our dedicated Causes team will automatically be informed once you have answered all questions and one of us will contact you directly with more instructions about the next steps.

Upon registering, users are prompted to fill up a questionnaire that helps us gather information on your organisation. This includes a description of your activities, your mission, and any certification that you may already hold. It allows us to have an over view of what Cause you are supporting and how you would like to support it. Every answer to a question allocates a number of points to produce certification. Should the total number of points be lower than expected, we will ask you more information to have a deeper understanding of how your organisation works.

Your Hourvillage™ profile is created with details taken from your Facebook or LinkedIn accounts, depending on which you use to login. Please contact support@hourvillage.com for other enquires.
